Shipping & Returns

At Wilder Tactical, your confidence, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We will work diligently to ensure the best experience possible for every customer!

All products are eligible for an easy return or exchange as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receipt, and the product(s) is in new, unused condition. There is no re-stocking fee associated with returns or exchanges, but the customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with returning the product(s).


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Wilder Tactical for any reason, return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Products must include the tags and be in the condition you received them directly from Wilder Tactical. Gear returned in any other condition or purchased from another source will not be accepted.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Email requesting an RMA#. Please include your full name, order number, reason for your return, and the item(s) and quantities you want to return.
  2. Once you receive your RMA#, write your RMA# on the outside of your return package (Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package.
  4. All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  5. Send your return to:

       6. After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To initiate an exchange, send us an email at and send your item to: 120 Wolfpack Rd, Gastonia, NC 28056.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Standard Shipping Details

There are no shortcuts to quality, we custom make each product in our Gastonia facility. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 Damages/Lost Packages

 Once your order leaves our warehouse, Wilder Tactical is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 Expedited Shipping Details

With the current amount of orders, we are not accepting Expedited orders. If you choose an Expedited Shipping Service, it does not move your order priority and your order will still be subject to the standard shipping lead times.
